Title Search

Reflects the current deed information, any open mortgages or liens that may affect the property, and tax information including the total assessed value, parcel number, amount and payment status.

Title Search with Final

This includes the preliminary title search. After the mortgage is filed and in the requested position, MTS will issue the final search reflecting any changes since the date of the original search. The final search provides gap coverage for the period between the date of the preliminary search and the date of mortgage filing.

Gap Search

This search provides information from a certain request date (three-year maximum) up the present, reflecting all changes on the subject property.

Foreclosure Search

UCC-I search

This search reflects the file number, date of filing, secured party, and collateral pledged. An additional $15 charge is accessed if an Information Request must be ordered from Oklahoma County.

Lien search

This search reflects any liens filed against an individual in the requested County Clerk's office. Pending judgments filed with the Court Clerk's office can be searched as well.

Deed search

This search includes a copy of the current deed filed of record on the name and address provided.

Probate/Estate search

This search is available in Tulsa County only.

Mortgage and assignment search

Bankruptcy search

This search is available in all districts in Oklahoma.

Attorney opinion

The Attorney Opinion is issued by the MTS attorney based on an updated abstract and applies only to residential property.

Filing/recording service

If MTS does the title work pertaining to the document, there is no fee to file the document. A $5 service charge is assessed for any documents filed for which MTS has not done the title work.
